I am another smoker.
I smoke the rollups though, learnt that when in the merchant navy eons ago.
Thinking about getting a flip-up helmet so I can have a fag on the go or get a gold wing which has an ashtray as standard,lol.
I tried to give up last time I was away, managed for 2 weeks, then then had a bad day at work and was back on again, I got the breaking strain of a kitkat.
Plus in the dumps that I go to, I can get a carton of fags for 4 quid which don't help.

Good luck with staying off the fags, biking certainly helps as does the fact you can't smoke anywhere in Scotland. It was really weird, last month when I was sitting in Heathrow Airport bar waiting on flight and having a fag and a pint, very civilised. that's gonna change soon so I hear. Even Gatwick, they have little smoking areas right at the gates.
