There's loads of clips on YouTube about motorcylists coming to grief 'Riding the Dragon' but it would definately be something to add to your US portfolio. Route 66 though, which apparently hasn't officially existed from as far back as the 50's is still one of the most sought after US touring routes and definately also has to be high on any US portfolio. Would have to be done on a Harley or an Orange County Chopper though for credibility.

The route it traces across the midwest really would be superb.
I have to say I admire your ability with a spanner - I honestly don't know one end of a screwdriver from another. I enrolled on a basic motorcycle maintenance course at Cumbernauld College last year but the course didn't go ahead because the guy's business they brought in to run it was sold or folded or something.
