Jiggy and myself have quit smoking.................again!

Please be warned we are crabbit wee shites at the moment.

and managed to loose weight at the same time...arnt I a smart arse!

If you are serious about quitting, I really recommend this book!!! I read it twice over a weekend, while still smoking, and woke on Monday morning not even thinking of lighting up. I have smoked since I was in first/second year at school, so about 17 years and 20 a day, I have never looked back and never thought stopping would be so easy. It only costs a little more than a 20 deck and you can always pass it onto someone. Rach, if this book doesnt work on you at all, I will even give you your money back!!! It changes the whole way you think about smoking and the addiction to nicotine. I have been stopped now since march this year, and am enjoying it so much. I wont go any further in case I sound like I am preaching a little too much, but for the cost of a few smokes it really is worth it. And if you doubt me, just read all the reviews from the link on the left of the page

I was on 30/40 a day for 27 years and stopped 3 months ago. i feel much better and i think if i can do it anyone can.

I've been off the cigs for few years now until a certain Rach makes me buy cigs at a bike rally and made me smoke the majority off them Rolling Eyes

you should smoke mentol in yer j's the mentol is full of goodness like vitimin c and stuff , and the green is natures goodness to ,we are talkin about the same kind o bike rallies ??? Hangover
