What's the best books you've ever read? Not necessarily specifically biking books but bloody good reads Question

I'll start you off with an absolute superb read:

"Mountain Days and Bothy Nights"
by David Brown & Ian R Mitchell

Not about biking but about brilliant cameraderie! Cool

My fave books are Anne Rice - Vampires etc and Barbara Erskine who writes fictional but historial novels about Scotland

Yes, I love the Anne Rice novels also. The vampire Lastard and all that!

The best gothic horror writer for years. Cool

Apparently, Transalvania is a superb bike ride, especially through the Borgo Pass. In fact, Varna is supposed to have become the Rivierra of the Black Sea. Smile

Reading Barbars Erskine now but its based in Egypt, can't remember what its called. Enjoying it so much am having a hard time making myself work want to go upstairs curl up on the bed and read! Not always easy working from home!

fully recomend it if you cant get to sleep at night
