I've got a wide and diverse range in music R1allmine. Everything from contemporary through to country through to classical. Sometimes I like specific music simply due to the memory it evokes.
Not trying to be evasive R1allmine but I'll listen to everything and anything depending upon mood.
I've seen me hunting Limewire for days on end to find a track used in an advert or download an album because of a performance I've seen on TV.
Love 50's, 60's 70's and 80's as contemporary era's - never really been a real innovative direction for contemporary music after that. Some individual stuff is great but no great movements - and a lot of cover groups! |
what type of music is contempry music netwarrior and also classical, dont think im really into them
waste of time putting this post up, no one puts the groups down
Ive got all my Cousin Michaels old records, lot of good stuff, but have to play on record player, no use for my cd for at work _________________ my tractors faster than yours, |

Like Netwarrior, I listen to a vast different range of music. sometimes you use it for mood setting or to envoke memories of places or situations you have been in.
I was brought up in the era of floyd and deep purple, Led Zeppelin etc, but don't listen so much to that lately.
As I travel around a lot I pick up local music from where ever I am and have a good collection of West African, Middle-eastern and latino and as some of the guys were saying, brings back memories.
Maybe I am too "old" to be listening to this stuff, but at present I am really liking early Prodigy and hard house music and mixes from the likes of Cally and Juice (much to the amusement of my kids, lol).
Wow, the sun is out today, maybe time to play.
Cheers

Katie Derham presents Classic FM on the radio. That's enough to get me interested!
I couldn't put together a definitave list R1.
The Boss, U2, Queen, Annie Lennox might make it though - I'm more of an individual song than album man though. Snow Patrol had some good stuff out for a while there.
Like classic country too. _________________ 'Never put your bike anywhere that your brain hasn't been 5 seconds before!' (

Alright pop pickers, my favourite five are:
1. AC\DC
2. VAN HALEN 8-)
3, IRON MAIDEN
4. METALLICA
5. WHITESNAKE (ORIGINAL LINE UP)
Thanks for listening.
PS If you ever go to Glasgow, tune into 96.3 Rock Radio, it plays everything else similar to above. |
