Post subject: Broken EFN Wrist |
|
|
Hi all, sorry but i wont be able to come on any rideouts or rallies for the next we while, as i have broken my wrist playing football.
The cast is on for the next 5 weeks!!!
How sick am i; getting a set of Akrapovic's for my baby this week and the sun is shining for the week-end.
It takes me twice as long to do things now, i struggle tying my laces. For the shower, I have a vet friend who has supplied me with the big plastic gloves that they put on for going up horses ass's (not second hand).
Catch you all soon. |

Broken wrist, hope your on the mend, you should still be able to ride your bike though,
I remember I broke my wrist when at school, had 7 weeks off and still was able to help with the harvest, couldnt stack the bales but was okay driving tractors and things
give it a week in plaster then get back on your bike, may have to take it easy once the plaster is removed again though, perhaps another week off
my cousin micheal says its good for you as the bones grow stronger on repair, but what would he know, he's just a farmer _________________ my tractors faster than yours, |

Cheers guys for all your comments.
R1allmine: I have tried to pull in my clutch; jeesh, the pain was terrible.
Its breaking my heart seeing my baby unused in the garage.
And thanks, before you ask, no volounteers needed to keep her running.
Anybody heading to Glasgow on (i think) 23/24th June for the SBK show in St. George's Square? |
