cousin was meant to be coming up to stay for a few days, but she's stuck at kings cross as all trains to Scotland have been cancelled. so rang the hotel to explain her predicament - she usually stays at the Queens in Perth but thought the Parklands would make a pleasent change - and as the cancellation is made after 48hours of arrival they want to charge my credit card for the full stay - £327! Pissed off am so cross its not like she just changed her mind huh! I'm quite sure the Queens wouldn't have have done that - maybe charged for the monday night but all 3!!!!!!!!! shan't bother with them again Evil or Very Mad

absolutley, they wont budge even charging us for the 3rd night despite the fact we gave them 48 hours warning for that one

unfair, unkind and extremely unhelpful

wont be eating or staying there ever again and neither will any of my rather large family
