I once was asked to take some photographs of a stolen recovered car in Dundee - wow! was I surprised at the trade in stolen recovered, accident damaged vehicles some of these recovery agents are involved in!

If i had'nt put up a big fight to keep my bike it would have been sold to salvage for £692, there is at least £4,000+ of good parts on bike including full undamaged engine with reasonable low miles.
Just a word of warning, dont accept what your insurance broker/underwriter has to say without checking things out fully yourself,
confirm things with DVLA and know what you are entitled too
