Post subject: A10 motorcycles, Broxburn
Terrible service from start to finish.
Ordered bike and told would arrive in two to three days.Took 2+weeks
Told it came with an alarm. It didn't.
Handed in all paperwork they needed to register bike inc insurance cert which they lost.
They took over a week to send me the paperwork so i could register bike myself as had waited so long for them to do it
Price inc OTR fees.I had to go to DVLA office and do everything myself then get my number plate made at cost to me.
Still waiting on panniers 8 weeks down the line.
Took 4 weeks for them to supply the windscreen.
Took 6 weeks to get bike on the road and first time out on it 14 miles after they PDI'd it the front brake caliper came off and jammed in the front wheel almost causing a serious accident.
Never answer calls and rarely answer emails.
Last response i had was"A10 motorcycles are unable to comment on this matter until legal advice has been sought, we expect to hear from your representative in due course".
Total shambles and no customer service at all.
Trading standards are now dealing with the matter.

Just a wee update for anyone who thinks i was being a little harsh on A10, it's now the 10th of Feb and i am still no further forward. Told them to come and get the bike nine and a half weeks ago and its still here despite trading standards telling them to give me a refund. They did say they would come and pick the bike up last monday but when i mentioned about me getting my money back the situation changed and i havent heard from them since. ! piece of good news tho, the panniers for the bike i no longer want arrived last week, not too bad considering they were supposed to be delivered when the bike was on the 29th Oct.
