Strange 1, usually Ebay has a good reputation, you did complain etc?

EBay now have a customer service line that's available from their website now. Makes a huge improvement in complaining becuase at least you get to talk to a real live human being. Might be worth giving it a try. Cool

I haven't had much negative experience with EBay eother although ocassionaly the good old UK postal service lets us down now and then.

I had one problem with a real tosser with zero feedback last year who was selling a set of Touratech ZEGA panniers. Wouldn't answer my e-mails after I won his auction then sold the panniers outwith EBay to a higher bidder then left negative feedback AGAINST ME! Gaah

I reported him to EBay but it didn't make an iota of a difference! Still it's the only real problem (and negative feedback left) I've had in over 500 transactions. Cool

Still, Karma IS karma, mabye the dork will get his in the end!

P.S the panniers were probaly crap anyway!

Still, I though Ebay would have had their act together a bit better than what happened to you.
