EBay now have a customer service line that's available from their website now. Makes a huge improvement in complaining becuase at least you get to talk to a real live human being. Might be worth giving it a try.
I haven't had much negative experience with EBay eother although ocassionaly the good old UK postal service lets us down now and then.
I had one problem with a real tosser with zero feedback last year who was selling a set of Touratech ZEGA panniers. Wouldn't answer my e-mails after I won his auction then sold the panniers outwith EBay to a higher bidder then left negative feedback AGAINST ME!
I reported him to EBay but it didn't make an iota of a difference! Still it's the only real problem (and negative feedback left) I've had in over 500 transactions.
