Not been on for a wee while as i had a crash on the Duke,i have internal brusing in the chest area and my knee and anckle are swollen grazed and brused.
The front brake on my less than 2 month old Superduke fully locked up throwing me off the bike ,seemingly its due to corroded brake pads, will keep you posted.

Not good m8 glad you are not too seriously hurt...corroded pads?? do you know where the corrosion was? was it the retaining pins, I cant think of anywhere else apart from the pistons, and should they have corrosion on such a new machine?...unless you have kept it outside without a cover....
and no one could be that daft likes..eh! Crying or Very sad

Awwwww Duke, thought this might help towards getting that swelling to go down! Or not as the case may be!!

If you're not going to be doin much else you could search the net for interesting biking stuff like rallys & good bike pubs where we can all meet up when you're back on 2 wheels!
Keep us informed on your progress wont ya?

Bloody winter!

Hope you feel better soon. I'd consider an engineers report and a serious letter to the manufacturers. Too many motorcycle manufacturers get away with making machines that can't handle all year round use.
2 months That's just taking the piss.

Again hope you're about again soon. See you out on the road.
