I've had a chat with one of the motorcycle paramedics from Highland Division of the the Scottish Ambulance Service who is involved in running Bike-Aid (which is a part of the Bike-Safe campaign run in the Highlands).
Seems it's a bit more involved that the Tayside presentation and Highland Division do include the 'Hat's Off' emergency helmet removal system as part of their training.
Anyway, I'd be happy organise bringing him down to do an evenings presentation is anyone is interested in learning a little about basic emergency care within a group ride-out environment.
Thought it might make a good 'winter' lecture topic

He'd also be happy to bring the bike so everyone can have a good look around it etc.
Feedback would be appreciated.
