It was reported in 'Advanced Driving' (Summer 2007) that Britian's oldest driver is now 100 years old and drives a RELIANT ROBIN! Smile

In fact, he celebrated his 100th birthday by taking his robin out for a blast.

"Norman Yeo never actually passed a driving test, but he did get his motocycle licence in 1952 and has been driving three-wheelers for the past 35 years without an accident or a speeding ticket". (Advanced Driving, Summer 2007, pg 59)

IS a Reliant Robin capable of getting a speeding ticket Question

Wonder how he'd fair on the 2008 Pursuit test and I bet the local hedgehogs hate him Laughing

The description of the UK's oldest driver conjurs up an image for me of 'Only Fools and Horses' but with Uncle Albert behind the wheel. Smile

I had a friend that customised cars, got a Reliant Kitten and put V8 in it, fab little car.
